We admit that we have been close to hearing the dreaded words, “our line is down because of you”. But guess what? We have never heard them. Why? Because we care enough to do whatever it takes to make sure that you get the parts that you expect when you expect them.

They are a large part of this process. And when they are happy, it makes it so much easier to achieve the two previous beliefs. Oh, and they are really nice people. If you ever wish to meet them we love taking customers on factory tours.

We have built up our company one part at a time. In baseball terms, we are singles hitters and do not go for home runs. This means we don’t make greedy short-term decisions. The long-term value for our customers, our suppliers and our company are how we make our decisions.
